I am still waiting for my credit profile to be updated. I have forward countless emails with proof of payment which was made into HP Lawyers Bank Account but still you guys' choice not to revert back to me!

How long does it take for someone, or the system to forward this request?? I think I have waited now long enough.

If I do not receive an email by the latest 09:30 that I am cleared from all credit companies (ITC) then I am going to forward an email to all the major newspapers, with my evidence, so that everyone can read about the bad service one gets after paying your account up in full. As per Hammond Pole Attorneys "cannot update Credit records as it has to come from the company that listed you"

Enough is now enough. Also, I will not wait 21 days for my account to be updated, as you, Cell C can get it done asap. I am over poor service from a service provider.
