Very very poor searvice,lack of customer orientation

Absa bank at park station Johannesburg the staff leave one person to assist customers with deposit.today i stayed morethn 45 min waiting to be assisted.i was online my lunch was evn finished at absa.The other staff members pretended like they busy they dnt see us queuing for hours
