Very Very Poor Customer Service, their service remain suspended even after making payment!!!!

I have since sent proof of payment to cell c and 3 days later my services are still suspended, i email proof of payment to their email address and all i got was an automated email and nothing gets done. When trying to call their useless collections department the call just gets cut, what kind of service is this if not pathetic ? attend to your proof of payments mail box and service your customers !!!!!!!!!
