Very very dissapointed

Cell C.I. still waiting for someone to call me back regarding my cancellation of my contract and the money you have debited from my account after someone has called me at the end of January to confirm cancellation.And then my money gets ****** out of my account from them.I need to have that money put back into my account,my kids need to eat....
