Very very disgusted with cellc and it team leader

I have been having a problem with my upgrade package from cell c 1st they couldn't gave the tracking number now they can't tell me where the package is I have spoken to a team leader call Jabu Mngadi who was to call me in regard to this but he didn't call wen I called him he does not take my calls what type of service is this its been over 2 week now
