Very very disappointed in Cellc

I need the voice recodring from the day i took out contract for ********** 827 i was called yestetday and was explained the whole story for the 7 th time that i did understand the first time however what cellc does not seem to get is that the limits was not explained to me upon taking out this contract i have been listed as a slow payer now so thank you cell c because of your non Delivery non responsive service i have a bad name i have made dispute after dispute and it seems nobody can help so i tried to make a payment arrangement as i saw i am not going to achieve anything with cellc they did not explain properly but it seems this is your way of dealing with customers when complaining but i am going to make sure the public is aware of this scandelous service if you can even call it that i held for almost 17 minutes for arrangement department no answer i asked several times to be assisted but everybody just keeps explaining the bill to me i do understand what i dont get is i did ask for a contract not exceeding 199 a month i clearly stated this but i was ignored and if i asked this why did you still give me a contract that exceeded that i want a sollution from cellc this is unaccepltable.

I did specify that i was not satisfied with this amount as i requested my contract agreement not exceed 199 a month as per agreement however nobody was able to assist nor listen to my query its just my problem now so i will be able to settle account on 21 December and cancel this contract immediatly and if you want to take it further feel free i also want to request the voice recording where agreement was made for my own records.
