Very Very Bad Signal

<p>I am sick and tired of Cell C they never ever have any signal but always advertising of such good and fast signal, I have had a few contracts with them and had been canceling them as soon as they got to their end, I still have two that I am not actually using just waiting for time to come to cancel them. I have phoned in twice before and they said they are busy with upgrades on the system, so obviously the upgrades did not help them at all. </p>
