Very very bad service provider with no communication amongs department

I've cancelled contract with cell c due to factory rejects the they sell to people, yet they still debit my account for sumtin that I don't have or used

Cell c is harassing me financially each and every month without fail m so annoyed with the service provider they don't assist me at all empty promises frm staff to assist yet again m back whr it started wouldn't advice anyone taking contracts with them
