Very very angry

This is the worst service I have received from Cell C.

I'm going through a financial crisis and was unable to pay my account. Arrangements was made with different agents who called me, to pay it the following month. The next month and the one after they would debit me late when there were no money in my account. I asked why and the agent said they don't know.

Now Cell C is debiting my account every other day which is not their debit date and this has accrued over R2000 worth of bank charges, money that could've been used to pay my account. Due to this it looks like Cell C will not be paid again due to shortage of money due to them debating me every 5 days
