Very upset

Only after I logged my complaint on Hellopeter did they assist me I still don't know if my name has been removed from ITC for the amount of R20.00 I am very upset because I was never in my life place on ITC. I am getting SMS informing me that my issue has been resolved and I also did received an e-mail, They have send everything to their Legal department and said it will take 7-14 days until I get that letter I don't see this matter as resolved.
