Very upset and disappointed

Another day without a phone and soon on the 20/04 Cell C will be debiting my account for what? Lucky them they can debit my account what about my other beneficiaries which I've paid them via cellphone banking. This is a nightmare why am suffering for something which was internal done wrong by Cell C staff. I can't even work as I am getting OTP number from my cell. With the money they will be debiting this month it was going to be better if also they were not going to take until the matter is resolved. I quote " We don't know the time frame" close quote this is the statement from Cell C. When it comes to my money the is a time frame. The phone was ****** on the 28th of March and today is the 14/04 how long must I wait????
