Very upset
Cell C must be broke because they take my airtime and data every time and when I phone they always say you were on the internet. When your phone wasn't even with you. This isn't the first time this has happened and it's a lot of airtime thay take. So tired of this problem.

Airtime and data do not disappear there are causes such as content subscription services, out-of-bundle data rates can quickly deplete airtime, new smartphones, and faster networks mean data is used quicker etc.
We will get one of our consultants to look into this matter and assist.
