very upset

this is the second time I am writing about the same complaint. since then a lady by the name of Lungile has been in contact with me and she helped me where she could and I am grateful for her assistance , but since then I have been waiting for cell c to get stock of the mifi routers , the special that I app**** for is now past I don't know if ill be able to get the device and the special anymore. its been over a month now and still nothing now cell c has other deals on their website also with the mifi router but how can they advertise the deals with no stock ??????????? I am at this moment highly irritated by cell c ,will this be resolved ????????????
