Very unprofessional
Very very unprofessional bad service, from cell c customer service & their collections department. I have been waiting for a paidup letter almost 2 months now, I'm taken to pillar to post, everyday when I call .I have made a settlement payment to their collections attorneys ie Shapiro & schailk / Alefbet in order to avoid being listed, currently I'm listed & I can't remove myself because I simply can't get a paid up letter. I'm at loggerhead now . Every day I can't get hold of their collections department.
