Very unhappy with cellc
Did an upgrade Last week Monday call eel on Friday to find out where is my package was told its with ram today 04.06.20 didn't receive my package called cellc again was gaven a track number which was wrong called them again and was told told that the tracking department has a problem very unhappy

07 Jun 2020, 10:53Got a call and did receive the tracking number but I then spoke to a guy by the name of Jabu from cell c and he told me that the package was out for delivery by Rtt he even said he will send me the email he received from rtt which he did but on the email was no confirmation just blank I don't know who to belive I think cell c has staff that only say what they think the customer want to hear cause if delivery was out on Friday which was told to me by Jabu who is the a team laeder it's Sunday today no package I have been with cellc from the very beginning I am now so tried I am taking the matter up to the media if I don't get any response
