Very unhappy once again

<p>I am very dissapointed in the customer service i received. I called to speak to someone to please ensure that money is only debited from my account on the last day of the month as that is when i get paid. The lady on the phone was rude to me and started arguing with me saying no they dont debit my account but i can see it on my transaction history. She didnt help me at all and now i have an amount against my name that im not even aware of. They finally fixed my modem to weeks ago just to suspend it again on a payment i wasnt aware of. I am very disappointed with Cell c. I regret ever going and signing up with them. </p>
