VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I put in an application with cell c on 25/11/2015 for TWO iphone 6s plus and was assisted by Tsholofelo Leshoro who then told me that I was approved to get the 2phones .I then sent in the required documents via email on 27/11/2015,received a call on 28/11/2015 from a lady called Thando who asked me to confirm my order details (phone model ) she the confirmed that delivery will be done on 01/12/2015. I then received an sms this morning (01/12/2015) with an order number as i'm waiting patiently for the delivery guys I get a call from Tsholofelo Leshoro who now tells me the delivery guys are on their way but I can only get one phone and I have an option to either just take the one phone or add another contract but for only r250.Im not happy at all with this kind of service if I did not qualify for two phones why was I not told from the beginning, and they choose to tell me on the day of delivery when the guys are even on their way with just one phone? something I did not even agree to
