Very unhappy and annoyed

Phone got cut off due to none payment. Phoned customer care numerous time each time on home for over 40 mins today I was on hold with 1½ hour and no one answered. When I had got through I r equest the debit order to be reissued on 3 separate times, all three times no debit order was put through. 11 days later I paid an eft, and still cant get hold of anyone to find out why no debit order was put through and find out how I can get it turn back on.
