Very unhappy and angry Client
6 moths ago I paid my Acc in full and requested a paid up letter witch i did receive on the letter it said NOTE:ITC Clearing takes 5 -15 working days its been 6 moths and still nothing has been done a week ago i called Cell C to get assistance in this situation I’m in note that all Queries take 48 hours Still no response a week later . I’m going to report this to the ombudsman for false advertising and incompetence I’m done with being a nice guy this 48 hour thing is a lie and it’s becoming a problem

18 Jul 2022, 12:27So how long wil this take because you have waisted 6 months already If this is not resolved by end of day I wil be contacting the ombudsman tomorrow morning first this and i will be going on all social media platforms with my hole story
