very unhappy
*** I pay my account every month and suddenly my account was reversed . They are saying I did not pay my account . I sent through the proof of Payment 3 times. I pay my account this morning and suddenly c cell debits my account 3 time over all over again , This is ***** telling people that they haven't paid when I have crediting my account and then reversing it. I cant do business like this.

30 Aug 2021, 10:28Good Day, how long does it take for your guys to see that I have paid. No one has my surname or my account number.. if this does not get sorted I will go to the police log a case of ***** as well as go to the small claims court. This is not a threat is what I have to do to get my money that you guys have debited. No one would allow such a case, no one can look the other way and pretend it not happening.
