Very unhappy
I am very unhappy with cell c and their poor service and the way they treat people.
On my account I have an arrears amount of R140, for which I was handed over. I then paid in R884.32
I want to know what the hell is going on in my account. When I asked for a refund, I was told I owe Cell C money.
Now for the R140. Cell c charged me for unauthorized debit orders on dates that they were not supposed to debit my account. This has cost me R230 in bank charges!
I want assistance or I am going to court. This is utter bull****!
