very unhappy

I app**** for a phone contract and was told that it has been approved on 13-05-2015 and that I would have my phone in the next week. Today 29-05-2015 I phoned their call centre to find out when my phone would get here only to hear the lady tell me they need me to send them more documents and that I haven't been approved yet. This was never said to me and I probably would not have found out about it unless I called them!
