Very Unhappy

I am a very unhappy customer of cell c,I even wonder why I am still using their network. They are very quick to list you as a bad payer,but take their own time to update their information after paying them. I defaulted about 3 months back,I paid them even kept paying extra as i have always been in credit,but no they have not updated their information,i called through a lady in customer service escalated it to the legal department,I even asked for a statement,2 months later I am still waiting. When I checked my credit score information it is still showing that I owe them. I am not happy at all about this company,even my sister was wrongfully listed,I wouldn't recommend them at all
