Very unhappy!!

It's been over a month and Cell C is still failing to send a statement of paid-up letter to the credit bureau. I closed this account about two years ago. It really frustrates me that my credit score has gone down and my eligibility to apply for other credit is affected. I'm tired of being sent from one consultant to another. This is my last attempt. Next option will be the Credit Ombud.
