Very unhappy

I took out a new contract with cell c thinking I'm going to get excellent service,which was all just in my mind of course.ordered 2 Samsung j1 phones which is such a mission because every time you call in you wait at least 20 minutes for someone to jus answer your call.finally get through place order and was told that the courier company will deliver,so I received one phone on the Tuesday and a consultant call be just before the phone was delivered to say that the other phone will be delivered that Thursday as they did not have stock which I was fine with.it is now the following week and I still have not received the phone and every time I call in the consultant tells me it will be delivered tomorrow I have asked time and again for a change in delivery address but nothing has been done and requested to speak to a manager which never phones me back,and I was than told to contact the courier company myself to change the delivery address,I also received a statement already but no phone how is that possible.the manager is never available which I find very strange.please can someone with a brain contact me and assist or should I cancel the entire order...
