Very Unhappy

I need help as I feel cell c is trying to not send what I pay for.

I received my mecer laptop on 8 June 2022 and phoned cell c on 10 June 2022 to let them know I did not receive my LTE Router! I was told it will still be delivered. Cell C's phone calls get recorded so go back and listen to it!

Then a whole month later and I still did not receive any router from cell c. I was then told to send a affidavit. I sent the affidavit on 21/07/2022 and since then I have only had nonsense from cell c!

They keep saying they contacted me on numbers that is not even mine! I have been a very loyal customer of cell c for many years. I am a single mom who is trying to make extra money. Without the router I have not been able to start my business.

Please get back to me or I am going to take legal action. The service I have received is shocking and not the cell c I am used too. It is very sad :(
