Very unfriendly staff and atrocious service

If you want good service don't go to Cell C Garden Route Mall in George. We purchased an item from them and we found it did not work properly. We paid cash and today seeing as I live in George I returned the item for them to check it. Imagine my surprise when I was told that because I did not personally purchase the item I could not return it. Remember now we paid cash so my colleague at work will have to drive from Sedgefield to George produce his ID them we can return the item. Now I don't think I'm stupid but what on earth are they playing at when you pay cash anyone can return the goods that are defective. This is my long story and needles to say I will never set foot in that store again neither will the company that I work for purchase anything from Cell C Garden Route Mall.
