Very rude ***** analyst from Cell C

In my life of calling companies I have never received such a bad customer service! I was so shocked I still can't believe I just spoke to a person from a reputable company like Cell C. I have never felt so bul**** and belittled! Iv'e been speaking with Cell C for two weeks as i wanted the to send me a letter stating that I do not owe them anything as ***** was done on my account. i have been speaking to several consultant who have been promising that the letter will be sent but that was never done! today i called the ***** department and I spoke to the most Rudest lady EVER!!! she has o telephone etiquette and bul**** me throughout the call, her attitude gave an impression that he doesn't want to speak with me and i can go complain nothing will be done. the ladies name is Elizabeth Mosela Moloi and the call happened today between 14:10 and 14:20.
