Very Rude Consultant and Cell C not cancelling the contract

Consultant by the name Ntombi was very rude to me on the phone today at around 15:20 pm from collections department even dropped the phone on me,

I have been trying to cancel the contract with Cell C till this day they can not cancel the contract even when I told them I will pay the cancellation fee but still am receiving calls from their consultants and have to explain all over again, I dont know how many consultants I spoke to
