Very professional call center agent!!

I had a problem with making outgoing calls so I called the call center today to find out why I was not able to make any calls and Palesa Moloi advised me that I had no airtime on my phone and that the reason why a call only rings twice and then drops is because of a new function that cell c offers called call buzz (If I remember correctly)

She was really very friendly and professional and she made me feel comfortable talking to her.

I really think other call center staff can learn from her.
