Very Positive and Informed Staff

In January I went to Cell C to open a new line, since my Vodacom contract was expiring and Cell C offered me a more suitable package, that fits me like a tailored glove on the phone that i wanted (the awesome LG G3) the person who helped me in less than 5s after i entered explained everything about the contract i wanted in perfect detail and was so positive that my dad(who had a very bad day) was actually very happy afterwards and decided that when his contract expires he will also move over to Cell C. It was a dramatic contrast to the service that i received at Vodacom even though I've had a contract there for 12yrs. It was a refresshing change of pace in a country which, let's be honest has an overall lack of good customer service. Everything was done in less than 15minutes and i was even offered free services, that i declined for personal reasons, that would otherwise have cost me R79 per month extra (got discount on a topup package which actually costs R79 more, than i pay currently, per month. Well done Cell C. I will encourage all my friends to join the Cell C family, because that is what you are.
