Very poor service on contracts Cell C

I have a contract with cellc and they have been telling me l owe them and they blocked my simcard when l call them they seem not to see whats wrong and they asked me to send bank statements to show debit of which l did and l have been calling them for the past 4 months and they always say l.mist wait 2 days for a call of which l never receive . I have even requested recordings to show how l being handled by their consultants also to no avail.

Now what bothers me is on my account debits are going through to cell c but cell c says l still owe. Am tired of the service getting and l have used my sim card for 4 month while al paying for it. I so wish l had gone for a different service provider
