VERY poor service from CELLC!
Half of the time the selections you make when you call them, don't work. it takes you to another dept and they cannot assist.
Alss, I did an upgrade on 5/12, and called on 18/12 to follow up, as this was a Christmas gift, only to be told the phone I ordered, has been discontinued. Nobody even thought to call and cancel/inform me. We would have waited indefinitely for the new phone.
Tried calling and it seems the answering service says the upgrade has been activated, we can only do a new upgrade in 2027 again!
VERY poor service!
