Very poor service from Cell C

I have submitted a online application for a contract from Cell C on Monday already being Thursday afternoon I called for a 3rd time to follow up just to hear the same story my ID is not showing in they system they will call me. The service one get from this provider is very poor and I am thinking of going with a different provider where I will be getting service.
