Very poor service

I wish there could be 0 rating for this business. Their call center is very poor. My contract with was supposed to come end in November 2024 and contacted them that I want to end it. They continued debiting my account despite giving them the month notice they wanted. My account was debited until February 2025 when I decided to stop the their debit order from my account. They immediately handed my account lawyers for the services that I'm no longer using. I paid the amount that the lawyers wanted Me to pay but now I only found that my credit score is affected due to them. I can't buy the house because of Cell C. I requested paid up letter several times now and I been told that it will sent to my email. Up until now I am still waiting for my paid up letter. I wish I could advise all customers to avoid Cell C.
