Very poor service delivery from Cell C

A few days ago I wrote a second review of Cell C on Hello Peter. I have had this problem since beginning of Sept 2020. I was answered by Cell C to ask what is the problem I experienced. I referred them to emails between me and Cell C since beginning of Sept 2020. That is it. No solution, no answer, no problem solving. Nothing, zip, nada, niks.
