Very poor service!!!!

I ordered a phone almost a month ago from a very helpful consultant by the name of Cindi. A strike had occurred within Cell C and I had been very patient. The phone was delivered (2 weeks ago), however it was the incorrect color (an error performed by cell c) and I returned it with the courier. I am still waiting for the delivery of the phone with the correct color. I am not impressed with the service I have received from Cell C and I would like someone to call me back asap to sort it out.!!! how difficult can it be to replace the color???!!!
