Very poor service

I called the call centre on the 22/06/2018 requesting to change my address details, I was the advised that they will send the new billing statement on the 07/07/2018 with the updated address.. On the 08/07/2018 I called again spoke to Zama I requested for a manager she transferred me to Mthokozosi the Team Leader I told him my address is not updated I need to submit the statement somewhere with the correct address, Mthokozisi promised to correct the matter and Monday the 09/07/2018 I called again doing a follow up I spoke to Nomvula she sent me a statement with the incorrect address again, I requested for a team leader I was then refereed to Refiloe she also promised to call me before the end of the end which never happened... my last call on the 10/07/2018 I spoke to Elvin the team leader I told him I've been patiently waiting for my statement with the correct address since the 22/06/2018 but no one seem to care.. cell c never missed their debit order date but they fail to keep their promises to their client.
