Very poor service
Worst service ever. Booked my phone in on the 18th July and have not received yet. They claimed the phone was water damaged, which it wasn’t. Declined the quote but the agent forgot to decline it on their system. Waited an entire week without receiving any confirmation of dispatch until i had to call again. Logged a complaint with one of the departments and received an email stating they would get an agent to contact me. No call up until now.
