Very Poor service

I went to Bayside Cell C to hand in a broken Huawei P8 Lite. My old phone that I have to use now uses the old standard size SIM card and the P8 uses a Micro SIM. I asked Ruan if he had an adapter so that I may convert the SIM. He did not have one. I asked if I could purchase a SIM card in order to get the adaptor. He said store policy stated that personnel in the store had to RICA the SIM before I could take it out the store. So I was told to buy a SIM from Game, Shoprite or CNA, none of which would sell me a SIM without proof of ID and residential address. So how do I get a SIM in future to do a SIM swap on self-service with a PIN??

Now to get to the poor service issue. 1. No loan phones available, 2. It took Ruan 25 minutes to book my phone in. 3. He did not check if the phone had any SD or SIM cards as he did not have a tool to open the receptacles. 4. I received the Job Card without him explaining any of the device pre checklist. He gave me the Job card to sign and gave me a copy and sent me on my way with it will take 7 to 21 working days to repair.

I am shocked that Cell C employs staff with such low work ethics.
