Very poor service

I recently purchased a device online, paid in cash on the 3rd its the 13th today no feedback as to where is my device or when should l expect delivery. I have made numeruos calls being put through from agent to agent and being told my case has been escalated and given different ref no, for wht exactly I dont know. So dissapointed and frustrated as I currently dont have a phone to use with my old one being dead. My first and my last to go for such poor service. l would never recommend it to anyone
