Very Poor Service

Recently I have started thinking that Cell C does not care about us as customers but money. I cancelled my open contract because I couldn't afford it, they then recommended another type of contract which they said I will pay R99 pm since I'm also into too much internet. I was going to pay that amount from September, it's November now I 'm still paying R200 + where do I get that money from? Sick and tired now
