Very poor cell phone reception with Cell C

Cell phone reception in the Kuilsriver area with Cell C is truly beyond pathetic. It has now been an ongoing problem for the past two to three months. Phone calls do not even connect, never mind dropping calls. Where the norm was having four bars for reception, we are now very excited if we have two bars and keep our fingers crossed that the call may even connect!!
