Very Irritated client

I received a call from Moses Mo***eng on the 04th May 2021, wanting to attend to my query. He then said he wants to investigate and will come back to me. On the 6th i received an email from Collections saying i must pay R 564.71 (i send my son to pay that today) Today i receive a statement saying i owe R 1360.71.
