VERY IRATE AND ****ED OF CELLC

I am soo sick and tired of cellc and this stupid get more. The thing was supposed to be canceled on the 12 of December yet I am billed for the whole of December and when I called and asked one of the rude and impatient. Unprofessional consultant who didn't want to listen but wanted me to listen to her didn't help much. I need this sorted out immediately and that get more charges removed from my account.. I will never recommend cellc to anyone if it's not their network it's their ****ty service just like telkom. And the girl I was talking to from get more needs more training regarding customer service she is clueless and doesn't know what she is doing.. I'm very irate with this product i regret taking up a contract with cellc. Another thing I was told I will pay 299 plus my insurance which is 95rand however I'm forever paying an extra amount regarding tax of which I still don't understand as that was not part of the deal. I check my statement every month there's a tax amount I don't understand all the time.. It's not even 5 months but I'm already gatvo of cellc nxa
