Hi, so I normally come on here to lay a complaint and I must say I am currently impressed with one of your call center agents who's been very helpful every time I call in. Her name is Khutso Mathabatha and she is always very helpful, friendly and professional in terms of her getting back to me in regards to my contracts with you guys.
Please let her know she should keep up the great work, she is honestly the best call center agent I've worked with, very happy :)!!
