VERY FUSTRATED AND UNHAPPY WITH THE LACK OF SERVICE I AM GETTING !

Dear Cell C Your service in non existing!!!!

I mean struggling for 10 months because off your bad service and lack off assistance. Does Cell C no have any pride. I have written emails, Called, Messaged on Facebook. Posted on Facebook and left 4 reviews on Hello Peter. I am at a loss at this stage I am not sure what else I should or what else I must do to get Cell C to sort out the mess they made.

I not sure why Cell C is not getting back to me. I just feel like Cell C has no regard for their customers. Why must it go though all this just for them to provide a service that I am paying for.

They say they will get back to you or someone will contact you .This just does not happen, Or an sucky apology and no straight answer this I don't get even if you try to phone them again their is no one person in any department that can assist me or answer my questions about what is going on at this stage with my account and my upgrades that disappeared and extra chargers to my account and wrong full debit orders and debit order date is these fault all from your side but get here we are.

Cell C can you please get someone to assist me and once any for all solve the problems I am having. I don't think I am asking for to much after 10 months of struggling. This after Cell C have cost me money and a bad credit score with failing to debit my account on the correct date.

Cell C Your apologies are not accepted and your bad service continues. I don't know if this time you can at least try and do your best to help me. Please read my other review and try to understand my frustration.
