Very Frustrated with Cell C
I make my payments on my three contracts via EFT each month. I have done this for years, without missing payments or with issues. I made my EFTs on the 23rd of September for my September bills. On Monday I received SMS's on two of my contracts saying I was in arrears. I phoned Cell C and sent through the proofs of payments. On Wednesday this hadn't been corrected, so I phoned again and sent through proof of payment to Collections Queries and Customer Service. Yesterday, I phoned again and messaged on the FB group and sent through the proof of payments AGAIN to a new address provided. I received an SMS on my one phone this morning saying this amount is still outstanding and my phone can be cut. I phoned AGAIN and sent through the proof of payment AGAIN. This is ridiculous. I paid on the 23rd of September. This is exactly the reason why I won't sign up for debit orders with Cell C.
Thank you for contacting Cell C.

Best regards,
Since Monday, I have sent the proof of payment to multiple email addresses and multiple times.
Every time I phone, all I am told is that this will be escalated but no one is actioning this. The turn around time to resolve queries is supposed to be up to 48 hours. The first time I queried this was Monday. Which makes this query 96 hours and still no resolution. What upsets me more is that this reflects negatively on my statement and credit history. When the fault sits with Cell C.
