Very Frustrated

I do not know what is wrong with this company.

Last they told me that the enquiry that was made without my approval was going to be removed.

This weekend I receive an SMS that an enquiry has been made on my name. I check today and its Cell C again. Why does this company keep doing this and this messing up with my credit score. My contracts are expiring end August all 3 will be cancelled . Every time I complain nothing gets done, i just receive a call and that they will get back to me and that will be the end of it

Please remove these enquiries on my name. I just received a notification from clear score that the credit enquiry that was done in June just reflected
