Very dissatisfied, horrible service

The worst service I have ever received in my life. I was unable to use my contract Wifi due to horrible network coverage so I decided to cancel it. Even though I have cancelled my contract over a year ago it is still being deducted from my account. No amount of emails are enough to convince them to cancel it, they blatantly ignore it. I even paid a fee to be able to cancel my contract. I discourage any person to stay away from CellC.
